TICKET FAQs
I ordered my ticket online, how will I RECEIVE my ticket?
Tickets ordered online are e-tickets. Check your email INBOX for your Order Confirmation from Eventbrite.
Your e-tickets will be attached to your Order Confirmation email. Make sure to print them out and bring them to a festival admission booth location. IMPORTANT: If you do not see your Order Confirmation in your Inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.
Do I need to PRINT out my tickets?
YES. Print out your tickets and redeem them at our festival Admission Booths. Click here: MAP to see venues and Admission Sales booths.
Where do I REDEEM my ticket?
Bring your printout-ticket to one of our festival Admission Sales booths (MAP) in Sacramento to exchange for a festival credential.
Can I bring my printout-ticket directly to a music venue?
No. Redeem your home-printed Eventbrite ticket for a badge or wristband at one of our Admission Sales booths (MAP).
I bought two tickets, and they both have my name on them. Will this be a problem?
No. The name on your ticket does not matter. Just make sure the bar code on your tickets are not damaged when you print them out.

Do you offer a discount for FAMILIES?
YOUTH = Ages 13-20 (approx. half-price)
KIDS ages 12 and younger admitted FREE! (New this year. Previously 6 and younger.)
How do I find WHEN and WHERE my favorite band is playing?
Purchase a $5 festival program when you redeem your ticket at one of our box offices. The festival SCHEDULE is posted online iat: sacmusicfest.com.
I'm from out of town, where should I stay?
The festival website lists numerous Sacramento HOTELS, and some offer a Festival Package deal!
Will there be festival SHUTTLES to get across town?
Yes! Ride our shuttle buses all weekend for $5. Starting at the Holiday Inn at 3rd & J, they travel up and down J and L Streets to get you from Old Sac to the Hyatt and Sheraton Hotels. One shuttle also travels up to North Sac. for hotels near Richards Blvd.
What about parking and other transportation options?
Click here for more travel info. Also, refer to our Festival MAP for area parking lots. The City of Sacramento will offer a flat fee for Event Parking at many city lots.
When is the Parade?
The Parade has been moved to SATURDAY at 10am.
